About Glasgow CourtGlasgow Court is one of Delaware's most affordable, quality, housing opportunities. Located in Newark, Delaware at a prime location with many stores within walking distance. Glasgow Court is located in the Christina School District. Our community has its own tenant association, who takes pride in making sure everyone living here is satisfied. We have a full-time maintenance staff that is on-site at all times.
Glasgow Court Tenant AssociationThe Glasgow Court Tenants Association represents all the residents of Glasgow Court. They are represented by a group of board members. They are a non-profit organization that depends solely on the membership of the residents of Glasgow court. The yearly membership dues rae $15.00 per year per household. All money collected goes right back into our community. The money helps to support such programs as our School Supply Give-Away, where we give residents children supplies to help them get started each year. We also have a Holiday Gift Card program to help less fortunate families in our community during the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays. Each Spring and Fall the assoication holds yard sales for the entire community. Glasgow Court Tenants Association holds meetings every two months on the first Wednesday of the month. They also publish the Glasgow Court Gazette newsletter every two months. |
